Market Research Account ManagerCMI specializes in making its clients successful by providing creative, information-based solutions to clients' marketing problems, questions, and issues. We employ a full range of qualitative and quantitative research methods and consulting processes to gather and analyze information to help ensure clients earn a return on their investment. We seek a motivated professional with demonstrated experience in market research account management and client service. Our ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a talented researcher, and an organized, detail-oriented account manager with high professional standards and ethics. This person will also possess excellent writing skills and the ability to make meaningful recommendations to clients, as well as work collaboratively with both our marketing and project management teams. Primary responsibilities and requirements include: - Designing research/information solutions
- Writing proposals
- Consulting with clients and developing accounts (i.e., obtaining new work from existing clients, anticipating client needs and proactively presenting ideas to address them, increasing penetration within accounts)
- Working cross-functionally with internal project teams on study design and execution.
- At least 4 years of marketing research account management experience.
- MBA or MMR preferred.
